Through need and merit-based scholarships to pursue degrees in law, law enforcement, military studies, ROTC, economics, public service, manufacturing and technology, we invest in educated, skilled youth who will shape a brighter future for themselves, their community, and our nation.

The Norman A. Mordue Scholarship Fund provides college scholarships to graduating seniors of Elmira High School in Elmira, New York, who embody leadership, discipline, integrity, service, and a commitment to the rule of law. The Fund supports students who are inspired to pursue higher education and careers in fields that advance the public good—much like Judge Norman A. Mordue himself.
GUIDING STRATEGY
In partnership with the Elmira Superintendent of Schools and Elmira High School administration, identify promising students who are qualified, disciplined, and prepared to succeed academically, apply their learning for the betterment of the community, and country.
